Affiliate Portal | Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the LaunchPad Pages Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate ("Affiliate," "you") through our affiliate portal, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

LaunchPad Pages by DGR Communications, LLC ("LaunchPad Pages," "we," "us") offers a referral commission to Affiliates who refer new clients to our one-page website packages. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link and/or code used to attribute referrals.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a flat commission of $75 per referred client.
  • A "referred client" is a new customer who signs up for a LaunchPad Pages one-page website package using the Affiliate’s unique tracking link or code, and who was not already an existing LaunchPad Pages client or lead prior to the referral.

3. Commission Trigger & Payout Timing

  • Commission is earned only after the referred client has paid their first monthly maintenance payment to LaunchPad Pages — not upon signing the initial contract or paying the one-time build fee alone.
  • Once the first monthly maintenance payment has been received and cleared, the commission becomes payable to the Affiliate.
  • LaunchPad Pages reserves the right to withhold or reverse a commission if the referred client’s payment is refunded, reversed, or the account is canceled before the first monthly payment clears.

4. Payout Method & Schedule

  • Commissions are paid via Venmo or Zelle only. Affiliates must provide a valid Venmo or Zelle account (associated phone number or email) to receive payment.
  • LaunchPad Pages does not offer payout via PayPal, Stripe, check, or bank transfer at this time.
  • Payouts are issued on a monthly basis for all commissions earned and confirmed during the prior month, unless otherwise communicated.
  • It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure payout information provided is accurate and current. LaunchPad Pages is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated account information supplied by the Affiliate.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates may only promote LaunchPad Pages using approved marketing materials, links, and messaging.
  • Affiliates may not misrepresent LaunchPad Pages, its pricing, or its services in any promotional activity.
  • Affiliates may not purchase LaunchPad Pages-branded search terms, spam, or engage in deceptive marketing practices to generate referrals.
  • Affiliates are independent participants in the Program and are not employees, partners, or agents of LaunchPad Pages by DGR Communications, LLC.

6. Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions earned through the Program. Affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to submit a completed Form W-9 to LaunchPad Pages prior to receiving further payouts, and LaunchPad Pages will issue a Form 1099-NEC as required by law.

7. Program Changes & Termination

  • LaunchPad Pages reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout methods, or these Terms at any time, with notice to active Affiliates.
  • LaunchPad Pages reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the Program for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of LaunchPad Pages’ services.
  • Either party may end the Affiliate relationship at any time. Commissions already earned and confirmed prior to termination will still be paid out according to Section 4.

8. Acceptance

By registering as an Affiliate and generating or using a LaunchPad Pages referral link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
